☛ How to Order
1) Email a high-resolution reference photo to gyuartstudio@gmail.com. A sharper, higher-quality photo helps me capture your pet better.
2) A few extra photos from different angles are a big help. A couple of words about your pet's personality help too.
3) I'll send you a proposal. Once you agree, choose your canvas size, number of pets, and background, then make payment.
4) Once payment is received, I'll start painting. I'll send you pictures of the painting for comments and revision before shipping out.
5) Turnaround: allow 1-2 weeks to paint, plus 1 more week to dry and varnish (2-3 weeks total).
6) The painting will be packed with great care and shipped to you.
✿ Good to Know
Canvas Depth: 3/4 inch by default on all sizes. A deeper 1.5 inch canvas is available for 14x18 inch and up. Just leave a note if you'd like it.
Ready to Hang: Arrives with a sawtooth hanger or wire, ready to hang, no frame needed. If you'd like to frame it later, the default 3/4 inch depth is easier to frame.
Professional Materials: Artist-grade oil paints only, from Michael Harding, Old Holland, and Winsor & Newton. These give a depth, vibrancy, and longevity that print or mass-produced art can't match.
Copyright Note
The artist retains copyright and intellectual property rights to the finished painting, including the right to display reproductions online (social media, website, portfolio) and use it for promotional or marketing purposes.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Turnaround time
Please allow 1–2 weeks for the painting process, followed by an additional week for drying and varnishing (2–3 weeks total). Once fully cured, your custom artwork will be securely packaged and shipped. If you have a specific deadline or occasion in mind, please contact me prior to ordering.
Shipping fee
I'm based in Edmonton, Canada, and offer free standard shipping to most destinations across the country. Shipping rates for non-Canadian destinations are shown at checkout.
Remote area shipping fee
Additional shipping charges may apply for very remote locations, where carrier costs are higher. As a micro business, I'm not able to cover the extra cost to reach these areas — thank you for understanding.
