Shipping

As a small, one-person art shop, I carefully prepare each order. Please allow 1–3 business days for Canadian and U.S. orders to be dispatched, and 1–5 business days for international orders.

Every order ships with tracking. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email and notification with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from my studio to your doorstep.

If you need your art by a specific date, please contact me before placing an order. I can provide a quote for upgraded shipping. Please note that even with faster shipping, delays caused by weather or the carrier are beyond my control.

Please contact me to request a cancellation before your order has shipped. Once it’s on its way, I’m unable to cancel it.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I’m based in Edmonton, Canada, and offer free standard shipping to most destinations across the country.

Additional shipping charges may apply for very remote locations, where carrier costs are higher. If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies for free shipping, please contact me before placing your order.
